I tested three different methods for making snack bag fabric in this video.

Method 1 uses a snack bag, scrap fabric, and wonder web

Method 2 requires a snack bag, scrap fabric, and spray adhesive.

Method 3 use snack bags and parchment paper

You will also need an iron for all of these methods.
