If you are a crafter, and I assume that you are since you are here, you have probably done some decoupaging. I have definitely done my share of gluing over the years. I used some combination of water and Elmer’s glue for all my paper decoupage because I thought it was pretty much the same as Mod Podge, and I thought Mod Podge was too expensive. Cuz I am cheap that way.

Anyhow, I decided to test out my theory, and here is what I found.
